Banking Customer Experience Associate

Deliver accurate financial transactions and tailored banking guidance as a Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust in Brampton. This is a 20-hour position.

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will support frontline Personal and Commercial Banking services at TD Canada Trust. You will understand customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, resolve concerns, and explain banking processes clearly. The role requires customer experience skills, discretion, and accurate execution.

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
• Determine customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
• Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities
• Promote banking solutions and complete processes timely
• Deliver quality experiences and recommend operational improvements

• High School diploma and/or one-plus years relevant experience
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
• Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet
• Calm, courteous, effective verbal and written communication
