Support clients onsite at CIBC’s Thunder Bay banking centre using financial products knowledge and digital banking guidance. Work full-time onsite with clients every day.
As a Client Engagement Associate on the Personal and Business Banking Team, you support everyday banking needs. Answer questions, complete transactions, explain banking products, and connect clients with appropriate specialists. Build meaningful relationships through thoughtful questions, problem solving, and technology support. This regular role offers 20 weekly hours.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer client questions about everyday banking needs
- Assist clients with banking transactions and accounts
- Complete sales of basic banking products
- Introduce clients to mobile banking applications
- Refer clients to appropriate CIBC team members
- Knowledge of financial services products
- Strong client service and interpersonal communication skills
- Digital literacy and comfort with evolving technologies
- Ability to resolve client issues thoughtfully
- Flexibility for evenings and weekends
