This Senior Personal Banker – Home Borrowing Trainee role focuses on Real Estate Secured Lending expertise. You will also apply knowledge of investing, day-to-day banking, and TD products while uncovering customer needs. The position supports advice, referrals, outreach, and customer financial confidence.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional home borrowing advice and branch customer experiences
- Uncover needs and align solutions with customer goals
- Answer questions and provide financial advice through ongoing dialogue
- Conduct proactive outreach about portfolio updates and opportunities
- Maintain accurate documentation according to business policies
- High School diploma and/or related post-secondary education
- Two or more years of relevant experience
- Investment Funds in Canada accreditation within 90 days
- Certificate in Financial Services Advice within six months
- Mobility within the Assigned District is required
