Investment Representative Client Service Associate

Support Investment Advisors onsite in Waterloo with client service, portfolio administration, and Investment Representative licensing already in place. Serve clients through timely, confidential account support.

This Client Service Associate supports one or more Investment Advisors, their team, and branch operations. The client-focused work includes client relationships, investment-related service, and daily administration. You will coordinate reviews, process requests, and help maintain compliant client files.

• Support Investment Advisors with daily administration and client service
• Schedule portfolio reviews, calls, meetings, and prospect introductions
• Process account openings, transfers, funds movement, and maintenance requests
• Accept client-initiated trades and provide requested stock information
• Maintain client databases, files, reports, and regulatory documentation

• Current Investment Representative licensing with CIRO
• Typically three to five years of relevant experience
• Advanced knowledge of investment processes and procedures
• Knowledge of compliance practices, regulations, and trade processing rules
• Knowledge of financial and retirement planning
