Location: Halton Hills
Bring reconciliation and financial analysis expertise to a hydro utility through a three-month hybrid contract supporting year-end finance activities.
This hands-on Financial Analyst assignment provides short-term support during a key year-end period. You will help maintain accurate financial data, timely reporting, and well-managed reconciliations. The work requires independent prioritization, issue resolution, and minimal onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:- Support finance team year-end preparation activities
- Perform accurate reconciliations across financial records
- Analyse financial data for discrepancies and trends
- Assist reporting for timely year-end close preparation
- Investigate reconciliation and data-related issues
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- Proven Financial Analyst or similar finance experience
- Strong reconciliation experience within a finance environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hybrid availability, including three Milton office days weekly
