Your role will encompass licensing strategies, risk management, and compliance policy implementation. By optimizing processes, you will facilitate business growth while maintaining a compliant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a team focused on trade compliance excellence
• Provide strategic licensing and risk guidance
• Develop and enforce compliance policies
• Lead trade compliance training and audits
• Oversee investigations of compliance issues
Requirements:
• Minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s Degree
• Expertise in ITAR and EAR regulations
• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Occasional travel up to 10%
