As a hybrid Advisor in Public Policy and Government Relations based in Brampton, you will supervise a team of specialists in the Housing Services department. You will provide policy analysis, advocate for housing solutions, and foster partnerships with government entities. This position demands expertise in housing policy and stakeholder relations to advance community needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead policy analysis for advocacy and program development
• Build government relationships and communicate housing issues
• Guide Housing System communications and stakeholder engagement
• Monitor performance and evaluate service outcomes
• Prepare presentations and reports for various audiences
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• At least five years in housing policy or government relations
• Three years of leadership experience
• Expert knowledge of housing policy and operational issues
• Strong public speaking and negotiation skills
