In this full-time role, you will be at the forefront of beauty innovation, managing a passionate team of Beauty Advisors. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily operations within the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio
• Ensure Beauty Advisors utilize innovative technologies
• Handle the Online Reservation system for clients
• Organize and manage events for community engagement
• Provide ongoing training and development for team members
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of management experience in retail/beauty
• Solid background in coaching and team development
• Proven success in community-focused event execution
• Strong time management skills
• Interest in skincare and makeup artistry
