In this full-time position, you'll spearhead the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio's daily operations while coaching a skilled team of Beauty Advisors.
Your role includes managing impactful in-store events and classes in partnership with top brands, ensuring high service standards and innovative practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee 1:1 paid client services and beautification activities
• Develop training programs for Beauty Advisors' skill enhancement
• Administer the Online Reservation system for optimal service
• Coordinate staffing and service levels for high client traffic
• Engage with clients proactively during managerial duties
Requirements:
• At least 2–4 years of management experience in beauty
• Proven ability in team development and training
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Enthusiasm for engagement with clients and community events
• Upbringing in skincare or makeup is advantageous
