We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Full Time Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for skincare and beauty services, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Full Time Esthetician, you will perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, promote retail products, and ensure the highest standards of sanitation and customer service.

• Perform professional skincare treatments including laser hair removal, facials, skin tightening, microneedling, and more with precision and care.
• Provide personalized consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable treatments or products.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment environment in compliance with health regulations and sanitation standards.
• Assist guests at the front desk by scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and managing guest services efficiently.
• Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue.
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere that emphasizes hospitality, guest comfort, and positive interactions.

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients professionally.
• Excellent communication skills for clear explanations of treatments and product recommendations.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure safe treatment practices.
• Proficiency in performing esthetic treatments.
• Ability to multitask efficiently at the front desk while maintaining a friendly demeanor.

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
