In this integral role, you will provide essential hearing evaluations and instrument fittings. As a key member of a collaborative environment, you’ll bring compassion to ongoing client follow-ups and instrument checks while offering counseling and aural rehabilitation. Your expertise will also support diagnostic testing for ENT specialists where applicable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough hearing instrument evaluations and fittings
• Manage ongoing client follow-ups and perform instrument checks
• Provide cerumen management within your scope of practice
• Offer detailed counseling and aural rehabilitation to clients
• Assist in diagnostic testing for ENT specialists, if required
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Audiology or Hearing Instrument Specialist Certification
• Registered with the relevant Provincial College or professional association
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
