In this vital position, you will address immediate mental health crises while ensuring clients receive the help they need. Your expertise will support risk assessments and crisis stabilization, alongside collaboration with law enforcement and community agencies. We seek individuals with strong interpersonal skills who understand the importance of cultural competence in mental health care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver immediate response to crisis line calls
• Assess client risks and develop safety plans
• Engage in mobile crisis responses with police
• Establish partnerships with relevant community agencies
• Attend meetings to promote effective service plans
Requirements:
• University degree in a health-related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in mental health services
• Experience in crisis intervention strategies
• Strong communication skills with various cultural backgrounds
• Valid driver’s license and capacity to work flexible shifts
