As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a key role in addressing inquiries and facilitating their treatment journey. Collaboration with the CATC interdisciplinary team is essential in providing tailored care for those struggling with addiction. A commitment to compassionate service will empower you to make meaningful connections.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate in creating personalized treatment plans for clients
• Conduct urine drug screening and testing when necessary
• Administer routine medical procedures like ECGs and vitals
• Oversee management of patient scripts in accordance with protocols
• Facilitate OTN sessions and handle patient inquiries
Requirements:
• Completion of a High School Diploma required
• Prior experience with vulnerable populations preferred
• Must hold current First Aid and CPR Certification
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Must provide a recent Criminal Reference Check
