In this part-time position, you will provide vital day-to-day support for people with Autism. Reporting to the Manager of Services, your role requires a strong work ethic and creativity to implement individualized care, ensure safety, and enhance the quality of life.

You'll work with diverse teams and develop relationships with families, aiming for positive outcomes defined in each participant's plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support in daily living skills and social interactions

• Implement Behavior Support Plans as directed

• Document and report on individual health and safety

• Assist with medication administration per policy

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Developmental Service Worker Diploma or equivalent

• 1+ years experience supporting individuals with Autism

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to perform physical support techniques

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
