In your position as a Personal Support Worker, you will execute care plans as directed by supervisors. You will assist residents with their personal care and mobility while observing any changes in their well-being. The ability to communicate effectively and maintain a clean, safe environment is crucial for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement personal care and hygiene activities

• Report health changes to supervisors promptly

• Assist residents with meals and nutrition

• Ensure a safe environment for all clients

• Advocate for residents’ needs and concerns

Requirements:

• Certification from a Personal Support Worker program

• Experience in community health services

• Must possess current First Aid certification

• Capable of performing lifting tasks reliably

• Willingness to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check
