Job Duties
  • Work full-time, 37.5 hours per week, as the operational backbone of a busy, patient-focused clinic
  • Handle referrals, book patient appointments, prepare patient charts, and manage filing and phone inquiries
  • Keep our EMR system accurate and up to date, and coordinate physicians' clinic schedules
  • Help facilitate telemedicine clinics – connecting physicians and patients and tracking key metrics
  • Hands‑on patient interaction, making every visit feel personal
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of professional administrative experience (preferred)
  • Medical Office diploma or related program (preferred);
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills with impeccable attention to detail
  • The ability to quickly learn and understand various processes in a constantly changing environment
  • A professional, and friendly interpersonal manner with strong customer service values
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Time management skills and ability to work effectively under pressure and meet demanding deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task, assess situations and prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Strong listening skills and ability to pivot quickly when priorities shift

Wage: $18-$20/hour (dependent on experience)
