• Deliver personalized activities of daily living support
• Provide ambulatory, hygiene, companionship, and nutritional assistance
• Demonstrate compassion and empathy toward residents and families
• Document completed tasks on an electronic health record
• Communicate changes in resident care needs promptly

• Personal Support Worker certification or international nursing education
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Vulnerable Sector Check within six months or willingness to obtain
