Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner — Hybrid
As a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner, you will report to the Manager of Compensation, Job Design, and Talent and play a pivotal role partnering with hiring managers to attract and retain the best talent.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with HRBP, hiring managers, and key partners to understand unique business and talent needs.
- Build candidate pipelines for existing and new roles throughout Canada.
- Identify and engage passive candidates via data mining in Canon’s ATS, Linked In, and other sources.
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment process including phone screens, interviews, intake meetings, developing scorecards, and preparing and presenting offer letters.
- Update the ATS promptly to meet reporting deadlines.
- Support Human Resources Business Partners with administrative duties.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Post‑secondary education in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience.
- Experience with ATS and Linked In Recruiter.
- Ability to write attractive job descriptions and source resumes to achieve quality results.
- Substantial project and process management skills to manage requisition process from start to finish.
- Excellent analytical skills for data extraction and analysis from ATS.
- Refined time management to balance around 20 open requisitions and the needs of hiring managers and candidates.
Hybrid work schedule: office Monday & Wednesday, remote remainder of week. Reliable internet required. Supported by cloud applications.
