Key Responsibilities:
• Develop recruitment strategies for 100+ drivers
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
• Build and maintain driver candidate pipelines
• Source candidates via job boards and social media
• Represent D&W at job fairs and community events
Requirements:
• Postsecondary education in HR or related field
• Three years of recruitment experience
• Success in high-volume driver recruitment
• Knowledge of driver licensing and safety records
• Proficiency in recruitment technologies
