HR Intern Position

Position: Victaulic HR Intern Position Available

Join Victaulic as a Human Resources Intern from May to August 2027, where you will assist various HR initiatives aimed at improving employee experience. You will work with HR Business Partners and team leaders to support wellness programs, engagement activities, and the full recruiting process—making a tangible impact in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help manage employee wellness and benefits-related queries

• Plan and execute activities to enhance employee engagement

• Support end-to-end recruiting, including resume screening

• Coordinate new employee orientation for smooth onboarding

• Provide daily administrative support to the HR department

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Human Resources or similar program

• Previous experience in office or customer service roles

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point

• Must be available full-time at our Brampton location
