Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you will develop tailored recruitment strategies while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Your insights into the labor market dynamics will guide effective hiring plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for plant and salaried roles
• Design tailored recruitment strategies and plans
• Build talent networks through community and industry outreach
• Conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Monitor applicant tracking metrics for effectiveness
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 3-5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
• Familiarity with sourcing and ATS tools
• Strong organizational and management skills
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion
