Manufacturing Human Resources Generalist

Manufacturing HR expertise meets hands-on employee support in Brampton and Mississauga, Ontario, onsite five days weekly. Apply employee relations and Ontario employment legislation knowledge across three plants.

Prime Management Group Inc. is recruiting an HR Generalist for its metal fabrication manufacturing client. This role supports approximately 250 employees in a non-unionized environment. You will contribute across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, benefits administration, and HR compliance.

• Support recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee orientation
• Build employee relations through communication and plant-floor presence
• Guide managers on attendance, performance, policies, and concerns
• Participate in workplace issue resolution and investigations
• Maintain records, reporting, benefits, and consistent HR practices

• Previous HR generalist experience in manufacturing
• CHRP designation or substantial progress toward obtaining it
• Understanding of employee relations in non-unionized workplaces
• Working knowledge of Ontario employment legislation
• Availability onsite five days weekly in Brampton and Mississauga
