Data Solutions Architect

Overview  Rogers is seeking a Data Solutions Architect (DSA) to join the Data & AI team, supporting enterprise-wide data product design and solutioning. This role involves working across business units to deliver scalable, secure, and reusable data solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
What you'll do   Lead creation of High-Level Design (HLD) and Detailed Design Documents (DDD) for data, technology, and ETL architecture.
Collaborate with business partners, architects, engineers, DBAs, and analysts to define and implement data solutions.
Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models with a focus on reusability and interoperability.
Support cloud migration efforts and ensure alignment with data governance and security standards.
Understanding of Generative AI and LLM-based solutions (e.g., chatbots, copilots, multimodal apps).
Evaluate existing data architectures and recommend improvements.
Research emerging technologies and integrate them into enterprise data strategies.
What you bring   Proven experience in data architecture and engineering leadership.
Strong knowledge of ETL, SQL, programming, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

Experience with big data, streaming services (Kafka), and cloud migration.
Familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps, Generative AI, and LLMs is an asset.
Telecom industry experience is a plus.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and mentorship skills.
