Job Description :
Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end implementation of CIAM solutions with Transmit Security as the core platform.Hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) products and standards.Implement and customize SSO, MFA, and OIDC protocols for secure authentication flows.Develop and integrate APIs for user sign-in/sign-up and user profile management.Design and customize user journeys as per client requirements using orchestration tools.Deliver UI customization for login, registration, and profile pages.Hands-on coding experience in Java, HTML, and related technologies for advanced customizations.Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime.Collaborate with developers and stakeholders, translate requirements, and manage onboarding until go-live.Mentor junior engineers and ensure adherence to best practices.Required Skills:10 years of experience in CIAM/IAM implementations.Expert-level experience in Transmit Security (Identity Orchestration, Authentication, IDV, Detection & Response).Working knowledge of Okta and Ping Identity as secondary platforms.Strong knowledge of SSO, MFA, OAuth2, OIDC standards.Proficiency in API handling and integration for identity workflows.Hands-on coding in Java, HTML, and UI design experience.Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.Strong communication and leadership skills to manage stakeholders and guide teams.
