Workday Change Manager

Here at Focus Cloud we are seeking an experienced Change Manager for a long-term 12–18 month contract supporting a complex enterprise ERP transformation
. Workday change management experience is strongly preferred
, however senior change professionals with experience across other ERP or SaaS platforms will also be considered.

This role leads change activities across one or more work streams and partners closely with project, product, and business leaders to drive readiness, adoption, and sustained change.

• Lead end-to-end change management for assigned Workday / ERP work streams
• Own and execute change strategies including impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training alignment
• Conduct and oversee change impact assessments across roles, processes, and policies
• Translate change impacts into clear, actionable recommendations for leaders and sponsors
• Track and report on readiness, adoption, risks, and resistance using dashboards and logs
• Partner closely with project managers, product teams, training, and communications to align delivery with organizational readiness
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, system demos, and engagement sessions to address concerns and gather feedback
• Validate training materials, support knowledge transfer, and contribute to post-go-live adoption and stabilization

• Proven experience as a Change Manager on enterprise ERP or large-scale technology transformations
• Experience leading change across multiple work streams or stakeholder groups
• Strong capability in impact assessment, stakeholder management, and readiness planning
• Familiarity with structured change methodologies (
  Prosci / ADKAR or equivalent
  )

• Experience with other ERP platforms (
  SAP, Oracle, Success Factors, Dayforce, etc.)
• Previous long-term contract experience (12+ months)
