Desktop Support Engineer

This full-time position is perfect for candidates with a strong IT background. You will provide first and second-level support, manage service requests, and maintain effective communication between users and IT. The role requires troubleshooting hardware and software and addressing complex technical issues in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first and second-level technical support on-site
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively
• Monitor and resolve routine and non-routine desktop issues
• Update Service Now and maintain documentation accurately
• Perform hardware roll-outs and installations
Requirements:
• 3+ years of IT Infrastructure support experience
• A+ certification and additional vendor certifications preferred
• Proficient in Windows 10/11 and Office Suite/O365
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
