You'll be responsible for supporting various technical needs while collaborating closely with senior team members. Your bilingual skills will enhance communication with users and ensure effective service delivery. Being proactive in managing incidents and requests will be crucial in providing high-quality support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support troubleshooting and resolution for IT incidents
• Install and configure desktops, laptops, and peripherals
• Maintain IT asset inventory and assist in user onboarding
• Provide support for network protocols and performance
• Collaborate with external vendors for hardware needs
Requirements:
• 2-3 years’ experience in IT support and network systems
• Strong understanding of Windows OS and Active Directory
• Hands-on experience with remote support technologies
• Proven problem-solving abilities and documentation skills
• Willingness for on-call support when needed
