Unlock your potential as a Desktop Support Engineer with Axiom Technologies in Brampton, Ontario. This contract role focuses on delivering first-rate technical support and service request management.
As a vital member of the IT team, you will provide hands-on support for desktop systems, engage with end-users, and ensure prompt ticket resolution. Your insights will drive improved processes while enhancing user satisfaction. A successful candidate is proactive with exceptional troubleshooting skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Help Desk support for hardware and software
• Monitor and prioritize service requests in the queue
• Escalate technical issues when necessary
• Document and update records in Service Now
• Implement hardware installation and support services
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years IT support experience
• A+ and Cisco or Microsoft certification required
• Proficient in Windows 10/11 and Office Suite/O365
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
