Geek Squad is hiring a Product Tester for a 6-month contract in Brampton, ON. This role requires expertise in testing electronic devices, with a focus on privacy compliance and operational duties. Key points include testing cell phones and handling used media, while completing essential documentation to maintain compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and validate electronic devices for defects

• Disposition units correctly both electronically and physically

• Restore devices to saleable conditions when necessary

• Support testing and repair processes for cell phones

• Ensure accurate documentation with SMARTS and Microsoft Office

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of experience in a service center

• Proven experience with electronic testing and refurbishment

• Deep understanding of PIPEDA privacy regulations

• Capability to perform material handling tasks

• Comfortable lifting up to 50lbs consistently
