In this role, you'll collaborate with various divisions to deliver actionable insights and foster a data-centric culture within the organization. Your business acumen will help assess data capabilities and empower team members. Establishing key performance indicators will be vital in measuring the success of business initiatives and enhancing organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leaders to find improvement opportunities

• Design and implement dashboards for internal teams

• Analyze and collect data alongside team members

• Set Key Performance Indicators for effective decision-making

• Structure data sets for analytical purposes

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of relevant BI experience

• Strong knowledge of SQL and Power Query

• Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI

• Excellent English communication skills

• Experience in aerospace and defense domain is a plus
