This part-time, independent contractor role involves first and second-level support for end-users in IT infrastructure. With a focus on troubleshooting hardware and software issues, you'll ensure seamless communication between users and the IT department while managing service requests efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide IT infrastructure field support and troubleshoot issues
• Monitor individual queues to address desktop issues daily
• Act as technical escalation for end-user inquiries
• Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
• Perform hardware installations and upgrades effectively
Requirements:
• 3+ years in IT support with A+ certification
• Proficient in Windows 10 & 11, Office Suite/O365
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• Available for flexible working schedules
