Your role will leverage your knowledge of network infrastructure, SQL databases, and help desk management. You'll engage in end-user support, monitor software performance, and assist with report development while maintaining professionalism in interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve end-user Osnium product issues promptly

• Provide one-on-one support through various communication channels

• Manage software installations and upgrades effectively

• Maintain internal server infrastructure and phone systems

• Compile and file repair records and reports diligently

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of technical support experience

• SQL Server, Windows Server, and Active Directory expertise

• Background check required for candidates

• Excellent communication skills for user support

• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks
