Overview
Role: DNS Lead / Architect (End-to-End Ownership)

10-15 years
- Lead end-to-end DNS architecture & operations (Info Blox, BIND, Azure DNS, Route 53) across enterprise environments
- Design highly available DNS integrated with Cisco network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers)
- Define DNS security standards (DNSSEC, DDoS protection, AAA integration like TACACS/RADIUS)
- Own incident, problem, and change governance with solid RCA and service improvement focus
- Collaborate with network (Cisco), cloud, and application teams for critical service delivery
- Drive automation & AI-led DNS operations (predictive monitoring, auto-remediation)
- Act as client-facing SME for audits, architecture, and transformation initiatives
