Bilingual Analyst; Spanish​/English

Position: Bilingual Analyst (Spanish/English)

We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our  Brampton office .
Responsibilities   Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple internal and external sources
Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, correlations, and insights
Design and maintain dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, IT)
Present findings to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and visual storytelling
Automate data pipelines and reporting processes to improve efficiency
Evaluate business performance and recommend strategic actions
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling (in some roles)
Qualifications   Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Intelligence, or related field
Experience analyzing large financial and accounting datasets
Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or predictive analytics for financial data
Proficient in Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau.

Experience with variance, trend, KPI analysis, and forecasting
Ability to provide data-driven insights to support business decisions
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Knowledge of automation and reporting optimization
