Position Overview The UX/UI Designer will help improve the user experience and visual design of our digital products, websites, and internal systems. This role focuses on creating clean user flows, improving usability, and designing interfaces that feel contemporary, intuitive, and conversion-focused.
You will work closely with operations, development, marketing, and leadership teams to improve how users interact with our platforms and event systems.
Key Responsibilities UX Design Design intuitive user experiences for websites and applications
Create wireframes, user flows, and customer journey maps
Improve navigation and usability across platforms
Research user behavior and identify friction points
Optimize workflows for event organizers, vendors, clients, and attendees
Conduct design reviews and recommend usability improvements
UI Design Design modern, responsive interfaces
Create layouts for dashboards, event systems, portals, and landing pages
Maintain visual consistency across platforms
Design components, buttons, forms, and interactive elements
Support branding implementation across digital experiences
Build scalable design systems and UI libraries
Product & Platform Collaboration Work with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly
Collaborate with operations teams on workflow improvements
Support design direction for event management systems, vendor portals, registration systems, automation dashboards, internal operational platforms, and mobile-friendly experiences
Help improve conversion rates and engagement through UX optimization
Creative & Marketing Support Design landing pages and promotional layouts
Improve customer experience for ticketing and vendor applications
Support visual direction for digital campaigns and event promotions
Assist with branded presentation layouts and digital assets when needed
Qualifications Experience in UX/UI design, product design, or web design
Strong portfolio showcasing digital product or website design
Proficiency in tools such as:
Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, wire framing and prototyping tools
Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
Knowledge of accessibility and usability best practices
Experience working with developers and product teams
Strong visual design and layout skills
Understanding of user-centered design principles
Nice to Have Experience designing SaaS platforms or dashboards
Experience with event technology or booking systems
Familiarity with Webflow, Lovable, Framer, Basic HTML/CSS concepts
Knowledge of conversion optimization and customer journey strategy
Motion or interaction design experience
