Parafin is seeking an innovative Compliance Manager with over three years in regulatory compliance or business banking. You will manage crucial compliance activities and guide teams on compliance matters relating to vendor oversight and data sharing. This role is essential in designing policies and processes that enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise teams on compliance issues in information security
• Publish written guidance for clarity on compliance topics
• Lead remediation efforts for compliance issues
• Coordinate with teams on vendor compliance requirements
• Design and improve compliance policies for efficiency
Requirements:
• Over 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance
• Familiarity with vendor management and risk management
• Background in BSA/AML/OFAC/KYC compliance is preferred
• Experience with financial services and commercial cards
• Proven track record of resolving customer issues
