In this remote role, you will deliver exceptional support to Fresh Books users, acting as a Payments subject matter expert. You will manage customer inquiries, tackle technical escalations, and work with internal teams and external partners to drive resolutions and enhancements. Your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills will play a vital role in improving customer outcomes and meeting key performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to technical inquiries via multiple channels
• Troubleshoot usability and product defect issues
• Collaborate with engineering and external partners
• Advocate for product defects and enhancements
• Lead the customer experience incident management
Requirements:
• 1-3 years in Technical Support, 1+ years in Payments
• Proficiency with helpdesk tools like Zendesk and Jira
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Critical thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage challenging conversations calmly
