As a Senior Data Scientist, you will manage the full lifecycle of data products impacting GFN user satisfaction. Your deep understanding of data analytics will help design algorithms and manage processes that correlate user feedback with system performance. Collaborating strategically with product and engineering teams, you will turn statistical insights into actionable product improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design algorithms for automated root-cause analysis
• Build pipelines to analyze unstructured forum data
• Navigate the GFN software stack for data accuracy
• Create ETL workflows for transforming logs
• Partner with teams to prioritize data-driven actions
Requirements:
• B.S., M.S., or PhD in relevant fields
• 5+ years of experience in data science
• Expert in Python programming
• Experience with Spark, SQL, and Databricks
• Strong skills in NLP and time-series analysis
