Enhance digital experiences as a Web Portal Analyst with TELUS Health. This role combines business analysis and technical expertise to deliver accessible web solutions for client benefit programs.
As part of a collaborative team at TELUS Health, you will play a pivotal role in connecting business stakeholders with technical teams. This position requires translating complex client needs into actionable technical specifications and contributing to web portal design and implementation. You'll work closely with developers, QA teams, and clients to ensure solutions meet high standards of usability and accessibility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather requirements through client interactions and workshops
• Develop clear, structured documentation of client needs
• Collaborate on design and estimation discussions
• Clarify technical requirements for development teams
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT)
Requirements:
• 3+ years in Business Analysis
• 3+ years in web portal/digital platforms
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
