This unique position within BMO's Security Testing Team involves advanced penetration testing of AI technologies, large language models, and GenAI solutions. You'll collaborate with cybersecurity leaders and enhance the security landscape by developing and driving innovative testing methodologies while assessing emerging risks in AI systems. Your work will directly impact strategic AI initiatives as they prepare for deployment across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct security assessments of AI systems and LLMs

• Perform adversarial testing, including prompt injection and model manipulation

• Develop repeatable AI security testing methodologies

• Collaborate with engineering teams to remediate findings

• Research and simulate emerging AI threats

Requirements:

• 7+ years in information security or related field

• Strong experience in penetration testing and AI technologies

• Proficient in Python scripting and security tool development

• Knowledge of OWASP security guidelines

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
