Cloud Network Engineer at Opti9

Transform cloud infrastructure as a Cloud Network Engineer age in customer-facing projects, overcome networking challenges, and enhance cloud solutions while working in a collaborative culture.

As part of our dedicated Cloud Networking team, you're responsible for deploying new customer environments and troubleshooting connectivity issues. You will manage security infrastructures, including Palo Alto and Forti Gate technologies, while working on innovative solutions. This role demands strong interpersonal skills and offers opportunities to support Cloud Ops and NOC teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support customer projects on firewall and routing/switching

• Deploy NSX and VMware networking configurations

• Troubleshoot network connectivity and firewall issues

• Manage Palo Alto and Forti Gate infrastructures

• Respond to production outages effectively

Requirements:

• 2-4 years' experience with Fortinet and Palo Alto firewalls

• Proficient with BGP, OSPF, and VLANs

• Familiar with VMware environments and NSX technologies

• Strong interpersonal skills and technical communication

• Ability to work flexible hours as needed
