Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for technology. Your primary responsibilities will involve supporting users, managing IT systems, and enhancing the overall technical environment within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and provide technical support to users
• Administer and maintain company IT infrastructure
• Assist in managing network security and operations
• Conduct IT onboarding and manage user accounts
• Support critical IT functions after hours
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in an IT-related role
• Knowledge of IT systems, Windows, and Active Directory
• CompTIA A+ Certification preferred
• Experience with various IT technologies
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and challenges
