Position: Brampton Solutions Analyst role
Drive innovation at Day & Ross as a Solutions Analyst based in Brampton, ON. This position is pivotal in enhancing customer interactions through robust technology solutions and process optimizations.

As part of the Sales Operations team, you will assess and document business needs while translating them into actionable technical requirements.

Your role will emphasize collaboration with partners and stakeholders to identify opportunities for enhancing services. Your experience with customer-facing technologies will support the delivery of comprehensive solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in workshops to gather requirements effectively

• Convert requirements into detailed technical documentation

• Conduct testing and quality assurance on new solutions

• Create models and visuals to guide project development

• Train stakeholders and support the Go-Live process

Requirements:

• Enrolled in or completed Business Analysis certification

• Previous experience in relevant industries preferred (2 years)

• Knowledge of call-center technologies and processes

• Excellent documentation and analytical capabilities

• Strong interpersonal and querying skills
