In this role, you'll oversee daily monitoring and troubleshooting for databases. You’ll work under guidance while adhering to SLAs and managing user accounts. Your knowledge of database architecture helps maintain operations and solve problems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to service level agreements and process guidelines

• Handle tickets and troubleshoot technical issues

• Monitor daily activities to maximize database uptime

• Ensure initial troubleshooting is accurate before escalation

• Conduct daily checks and database investigations

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of databases and operating systems

• Experience managing SQL services and logins

• Understanding of backup processes and troubleshooting

• Familiarity with MS SQL alert logs and windows logs

• Willingness to learn and advance to a higher DBA level
