Director of Technology Delivery at Lifemark

Lead Lifemark Health Group’s technology transformation as the Director of Technology Delivery and Enablement. Guide high-performing teams and implement innovative solutions in a hybrid work model.

This hybrid role is essential in overseeing the modernization of Lifemark’s application landscape, reporting directly to the VP of Applications and Security Services. You will manage developers, Dev Ops engineers, and QA specialists to ensure the development of secure, scalable applications that align with business objectives. Your leadership will drive the adoption of cloud-native architecture, Dev Sec Ops , and AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Lifemark’s website and application development

• Oversee team performance for timely delivery

• Guide application architecture and UI/UX decisions

• Lead Dev Sec Ops  practices for improved productivity

• Collaborate with vendors to enhance solutions

Requirements:

• 10+ years in software/application development

• 3+ years in leadership roles

• Proficient in .NET and Azure platforms

• Strong project management and communication skills

• Knowledge of generative AI and automation solutions
