Quantum Lifecycle Partners seeks an IT Operations Manager in Brampton who will lead critical infrastructure and cybersecurity efforts. This hybrid role focuses on team management and IT service excellence.

As the IT Operations Manager, you will manage both cloud and on-premises IT functions, guiding a team of IT professionals in delivering secure and responsive services. You'll oversee key infrastructure projects, including cloud migrations and cybersecurity management. Engaging with technology partners and enhancing IT service practices will define your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate on-premises and Azure cloud infrastructure operations

• Handle cybersecurity management across various platforms

• Lead IT support from Tier 1 to Tier 3 levels

• Optimize ITSM and service desk performance practices

• Support overall IT governance and operational metrics

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of IT experience, 3+ years in management

• Proficient in hybrid environments and Microsoft Azure

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity and governance

• Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM principles

• Relevant degree or certifications are preferred
