As a Technical Lead in the Identity and Access Management team, you will oversee and ensure the reliability of SailPoint Identity IQ.
Your role includes troubleshooting complex technical issues, implementing sustainable fixes, and enhancing platform functionality. Your expertise in Java/Bean Shell, XML, and SailPoint's operational processes will significantly impact our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support and leadership for SailPoint Identity IQ
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with root cause analysis
• Review and update SailPoint Identity IQ configurations and code
• Maintain Git Hub-managed SailPoint code following best practices
• Collaborate with teams to deliver IAM solutions and address technical challenges
Requirements:
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity IQ support
• Proficiency in Java/Bean Shell and XML development
• Familiarity with Git Hub for source control management
• Knowledge of IAM security principles and operational best practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical communication abilities
