As part of the HIS project team at Osler, this full-time position involves a crucial focus on the design, configuration, and testing of Epic applications. You will work collaboratively with the HIS vendor and operational experts to ensure the successful implementation of innovative solutions in patient care. Strong analytical and organizational skills are key to excelling in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in workflow design, analysis, and maintenance tasks
• Evaluate and test new Epic software functionalities
• Lead site visits and working group meetings
• Create comprehensive documentation of configuration decisions
• Troubleshoot issues in collaboration with team members
Requirements:
• University degree or college diploma in computer science or health discipline
• Understanding of hospital workflows is preferred
• Previous HIS experience or Epic certification is a plus
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Enterprise applications
