Elevate your career with Aeolus Data Solutions as a Senior Data Engineer. You'll lead client engagements, conduct audits, and build AI-ready data infrastructures for startups and scale-ups.
In this role, you will take the lead on client projects from initial audits to production handoffs. Your extensive experience in data pipelines will allow you to diagnose issues and build robust solutions quickly. Collaborate directly with clients, embedding with their teams to provide guidance and mentorship while ensuring data platforms are ready for AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct data and AI-readiness audits for clients
• Build and optimize production data platforms
• Ensure data is ready for AI applications and validate ingestion pipelines
• Provide fractional leadership and mentor client engineers
• Manage client relationships and scope work independently
Requirements:
• 5+ years in production data pipeline engineering
• Proficiency in dbt, Snowflake, and Airflow
• Strong Python and SQL skills
• Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code
• Self-directed with excellent client communication skills
