At Definity, you will report directly to the Director of Commercial Insurance Project Delivery. You will spearhead efforts in designing the Property & Casualty Business and Technology Roadmap. This role focuses on maximizing customer experience while ensuring operational efficiency, utilizing your expertise in project management and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define long-term Property & Casualty strategic priorities
• Manage and prioritize business requirements for project alignment
• Develop business cases demonstrating value to stakeholders
• Collaborate with tech teams to enhance product offerings
• Own acceptance of new functionality against business needs
Requirements:
• 3+ years in commercial Property & Casualty insurance
• Strong knowledge of underwriting and product management
• Proficiency with Guidewire Policy Center and related systems
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Team leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
